Roosevelt Row Evolve Gallery is proud to present to you an art exhibition “Unmasked”. It is an artist showcase featuring two artists, Dustin Lopez and Harley Holt.  Dustin Lopez is an Indigenous Artist (Navajo, Pueblo, Yoeme) displaying a series of digital portraits that displays what is beneath the surface with some of the most prolific people in American history including Abraham Lincoln who was responsible for the massacre of over 300 Lakota Sioux Native Americans. “This series is just the beginning. Portraits coupled with their words in calligraphy is an exploration of what they said and what their actions left behind, unveiling who they are”, Lopez explains.

“Unmasked is a visual representation of society’s facade. The masks we wear on a daily basis aren’t who we are when stripped of our egos. My work is created subconsciously and organically with heavy fatigue and natural patina inspiration,” says Holt.

Thank you to Matty Steinkamp  and  his team in partnering with Roosevelt Row CDC to bring the Indie Film Fest to Roosevelt Row.

We want to thank all of our partners and sponsors who help make this a success.
